Each lighting fixture is securely packed in durable boxes with protective materials to prevent any damage during transportation. We also use cushioning inserts and carefully check each package before shipping.
We’ll offer you several solutions: replace the product with a new one, arrange free repair, or issue a refund — whichever option is most convenient for you.
Absolutely! We can create custom lighting according to your size and style preferences. Just leave a request, and we’ll discuss the details with you. On average, production takes 2 to 4 weeks.
You can return or exchange the item within the specified period, provided it hasn’t been used and remains in perfect condition. Details are available from our manager.
